摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To accurately measure a high-frequency current in a short time by measuring frequency characteristics of a current detecting element previously and storing them in a storage means, and correcting the measured value according to the value in the storage means by using a microprocessor. CONSTITUTION:The output of a shunt resistor 12 is connected to the bus of a control part 18 through an A/D converter 20, a memory 22, and GPIB interfaces 24 and 26. A RAM 28a which stores the frequency characteristics of the shunt resistance 12, a RAM 28b which stores the value obtained by converting a digitized input signal by a Fourier transformation program stored in a ROM 30, a RAM 28c which stores the value obtained correcting the value in the RAM 28b which the value in the RAM 28a, and an MPU 16 for arithmetic control and the ROM 30 are connected to the bus of the control part 18. Then the MPU 16 performs correction arithmetic according to the contents of the RAM 28 and ROM 30 and outputs the result through an interface 32.</p>
