PURPOSE:To have easy amplitude adjustment of each trough independently by coupling a mounting table for inclined leaf springs of two troughs, which are installed parallelly vibrated in opposite directions to each other, with a basis using a vibropreventive inclined leaf spring which is inclined at the same angle as respective inclined leaf springs. CONSTITUTION:A balance weights 90, 48 are formed at the bottoms of leaf spring mounting tables 35, 36 as a single piece therewith and coupled with lower situated base plates 54, 52 through a pair of vibropreventive leaf springs 95, 96 situated in front and behind. AC voltage is impressed to piezo elements 39, 40 installed at a pair of leaf springs 37, 40 to excite troughs 31, 32 so that the parts are aligned by one of the troughs, while the other trough feeds back non-aligned parts. At this time, the vibration reaction force of the leaf springs 40, 37 transmitted to the above-mentioned leaf spring mounting tables is absorbed by amplitude in opposite proportion to the weight of troughs 31, 32 generated by the vibropreventive leaf springs 95, 96. Accordingly independent adjustment of amplitude can be made by changing the respective impression voltages.
