PURPOSE:To enlarge junction strength between a substrate and a superconductor layer up to such a degree that this member is usable in liquid nitrogen and to make this member usable over a wide range of applications by forming a metal blend layer, a metallic layer, and an oxide group superconductor layer serially on a synthetic resin substrate. CONSTITUTION:A metal blend layer 2 formed by blending synthetic resin powder and metal powder, a metallic layer 3, and a superconductor layer 4 are formed serially on a synthetic resin substrate 1. The layer 2 is formed by blending the synthetic resin powder for the substrate 1 and the metal powder for the layer 3 uniformly in a prescribed ratio, and this layer 2 is heated and fused on the substrate 1. The layer 4 is formed of an oxide group superconductive material so that it is thick enough to obtain a good superconductive characteristic and not to interrupt flexibility of the substrate 1. Resultingly junction strength between the substrate 1 and the superconductor layer 4 can be enlarged up to such a degree that this member is usable in liquid nitrogen.
