PURPOSE:To obtain a dense ceramic sheet having smooth surface having excellent dispersibility of binder and sufficient strength in producing a ceramic green sheet, by using alumina spherical fine articles or zirconia spherical fine particles as ceramic powder. CONSTITUTION:Ceramic powder is blended with an organic binder, a solvent, optionally a dispersant, a plasticizer, an anti-foaming agent and kneaded for a given time to give a ceramic slurry, which is molded into a sheetlike shape, solidified and dried to form a green sheet. In the operation, alumina spherical fine particles or zirconia spherical fine particles are used as the ceramic powder. The spherical fine particles preferably have 0.2-2mum average particle diameter and are preferably monodisperse fine particles. |
