PURPOSE:To compensate for the deterioration of an accuracy due to the fluctuation of a secondary resistance, by a method wherein a secondary time constant is obtained by using the detecting value or the commanding value of current then vector operation is effected by the secondary time constant. CONSTITUTION:A secondary time constant operating unit 6 obtains a secondary time constant (tau2) from an inverter voltage V and an electric current I. A vector operating unit 5 obtains a primary voltage (e1alpha, e1beta) from a torque current commanding value (i1beta) and a fixed exciting current commanding value (i1alpha), further, obtains a slip angular frequency (omegam) from the reciprocal of the secondary time constant (tau2) and obtains an inverter angular frequency (omega0) by adding the slip angular frequency (omegam) to a speed detecting value (omegar) thereby controlling the frequency and voltage of an inverter 2. |
