PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of withstand voltage due to moisture from outside by injecting insulative resin in an armouring case of a through type capacitor, and enclosing the joint of an input terminal and a power lead-in wire with resin. CONSTITUTION:A magnetron body 1 is equipped at its inlet with a filter case 2 to prevent leakage of unnecessary electric waves, and a through type capacitor 3 serving also as a power lead-in part is incorporated in this filter case 2. When this type of magnetron is installed at a microwave open etc., a power lead-in wire 4 is connected by caulking a receptacle 41 mounted at its tip fast to the input terminal 31 of the capacitor 3. Insulative resin 5 is poured around this joint to provide sealing thereof. This will enclose the metal exposed part of the joint, which prevents deterioration of the withstand voltage due to moisture from outside.
