PURPOSE:To shorten the IPL waiting time of a POS terminal by alternately transmitting both files when there is the request of another file from other terminal during the transmission of the file, detecting an identifier by the terminal and receiving the file. CONSTITUTION:While the transmission and reception control part 13 of a POS controller transmits a block A2, when the IPL request signal of the file B is received from a POS terminal 22, the IPL control part 20 activates a time inserting means 22 through an alternative transmitting means 23 after the transmission of the block A2 is completed. When a multiple address telegraphic message transmitting interval T by the means 22 elapses, the file B if read from a memory 14 and adding means 21 adds the identifier to the leading position of the block B1 of the file B. The control part 13 transmits it to a slave line 12. Thereafter, the respective blocks of the files A and B are similarly transmitted to the line 12 alternately. P The POS terminals 21, 22 respectively receive the blocks of the files A, B in a receiving control control part 31, a detecting means 32 recognizes the identifier to select only the block of a requested file and then, sequentially store in respective memories 33. |
