PURPOSE:To obtain the same measurement result as the result of long-time measurement in a short time by generating correction pulses according to the output of a comparing circuit which compares counted values at intervals of sampling and adding the correction pulses to the counted value of a temperature counter. CONSTITUTION:A storage circuit 108 is stored with a maximum value during measurement in order. The comparing circuit 109 compares the counting result in a storage circuit 108 with the counted value in each sampling period. A correction pulse generating circuit 105 is controlled with the output of the comparing circuit 109 and the correction pulses from this correction pulse generating circuit 105 are added to the counted value of the temperature counter 107 through a selecting circuit 106. The counted value of the temperature counter 107 is stored in a storage circuit 110 and displayed on a display device 112 through a conversion/drive circuit 111. |
