A radiation-polymerisable mixture contains a polymeric binder, a radiation-initiated polymerisation initiator and a polymerisable compound of the formula I <IMAGE> in which <IMAGE> R is alkyl, hydroxyalkyl or aryl, R<1> and R<2> are each H, alkyl or alkoxyalkyl, R<3> is H, methyl or ethyl, X<1> is a hydrocarbon group, X<2> is a (c + 1)-valent hydrocarbon group in which up to 5 methylene groups can be replaced by oxygen atoms, D<1> and D<2> are each a hydrocarbon group, E is a hydrocarbon group, a cycloaliphatic group, which, if desired, contains up to two N, O or S atoms as ring members, or is an arylene group or a heterocyclic aromatic group, a is 0 or from 1 top 4, b is 0 or 1, c is from 1 to 3, m is 2, 3 or 4, n is an integer from 1 to m. The mixture is notable for high sensitivity to radiation and a long storage life, and is suitable for preparing printing plates and photoresists. |
