PURPOSE:To constitute another end of a fulcrum shaft as a presser bar being high in rigidity by moving the slider held slidably in the diametrical direction on one end of the fulcrum shaft via a holder with a cam according to rotation of a rotor, and receiving the tip with a fixed receiver. CONSTITUTION:When a rotor 16 is driven by a pulley 19 for coil formation, a wire rod 21 out of a pipe 20 is wound on a spindle projecting over the central part of a receiver shaft 36. And, when the rotor 16 rotates, a slider 28 being supported on one end of a fulcrum shaft 25 via a holder 27 is synchronously slidden in the diametral direction by a cam 30 via a cam follower 29, whereby the slider 28 is alternately fitted in the receiver groove 32 formed in the fixed plate 31 locked to a frame 18. Consequently, another end 35 of the fulcrum shaft 25 is utilized as a presser bar for coil formation, thus a coil can be made accurately holdable irrespective of its size. |
