PURPOSE:To surely and easily execute analysis of a control system which satisfies high-precision positioning specifications, by providing a structure system model part as the analysis object, a control system model part, a target value input part, a comparing part, and a display part. CONSTITUTION:In a structure system model part 1 as the analysis object, matrix parts 101-10n transform the controlling force of a physical coordinate system from structure system model parts 21-2n into a controlling force in a mode coordinate system and output it to an adding part 11. The adding part 11 adds inputs from matrix parts 101-10n and outputs the result to a transfer function matrix part 12 which has the transfer function indicating relations between the controlling force in the mode coordinate system and the displacement in the mode coordinate system. Processings are performed in matrix parts 131-13n which have transformation matrixes to transform the displacement in the mode coordinate system into the displacement in the physical coordinate system, and results are outputted to the display part. Modal parameters calculated by a structure analysis program are used to automatically obtain the transfer function of a structure model, thereby surely and easily performing analysis of the control system which satisfies the high-precision positioning specifications. |
