PURPOSE:To make opening work into automation by inversely rotating the raw cloth roll supported on a tiling support rail with reverse rotation of a first roller, and extending the cloth body free end to the more upper part than a position to be opposed to a second roller, the drawing the cloth free end to the upper side of the first roller with the second roller. CONSTITUTION:A raw cloth roll R is transferred onto a tilting support rail 13, and a cloth body free end Te of the raw cloth roll R by the reverse drive of a raw cloth contact driving first roller 12 is extended to the more upper part than a position to be opposed to an opening second roller 14 from a contact position with the roller 12, stopping the rotation of the roller 12. Next the roller 14 is moved to the raw cloth roll side, making it contact with the cloth body free end Te and rotating the roller 14, and the cloth body free end Te is drawn out to the upper side of the roller 12 so as to cover it. Then, the roller 14 is separated therefrom and then the roller 12 is rotated clockwise, whereby a cloth body is continuously drawn out by the roller 12 while rotating the raw cloth roll R in contact to a cloth body delivery direction, thus the cloth body is delivered downward.
