<p>TITLE OF THE INVENTION ACRYLIC ACID/2-ACRYLAMIDO-2-METHYLPROPYL- SULFONIC ACID/2-ACRYLAMIDO-2-METHYLPROPYL PHOSPHONIC POLYMERS The present invention is directed to a polymer, having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.05 to 4.5 dl/g, in 1.0 M NaCl, prepared from: (A) 35 to 65%, by weight, of acrylic acid or methacrylic acid; (B) 15 to 45%, by weight, of 2-acrylamido-2-methyl- propylsulfonic acid or 2-methacrylamido-2-methyl-propylsulfonic acid; and (C) 15 to 25%, by weight, of 2-acrylamido-2-methyl- propyl phosphonic acid or 2-methacrylamido-2-methylpropylphosphonic acid.</p> |
