PURPOSE:To provide a positive electrode active substance in light weight and small size, with less self-discharge, and with excellent repetitive characteristic by allowing it to contain a complex of a high-polymer indicating reversible oxidating/reducing characteristic in electrochemical tems and a high-polymer of electrolytic polymerization type with electroconductivity. CONSTITUTION:A high-polymer film indicating reversible oxidating/reducing characteristic is formed on a metal support such as nickel, stainless steel, and titanium foil by means of electrolytic polymerization method or solvent evaporation method. With this support and film used as electrode, electrolytic polymerization is performed using such metal as platinum as the mating electrode in a solution containing electrolyte and monomers of high-polymer of electrolytic polymerization type with electroconductivity such as pyrrole, thiophene, and aniline, and electroconductive high-polymer is grown in the high-polymer film indicating reversible oxidating/reducing characteristic. The content of this high- polymer of electrolytic polymerization type to be complexly put in the high- polymer film indicating reversible oxidating/reducing characteristic shall range 10-30 % by weight generally. |
