PURPOSE:To improve th re-processing performance of information by providing a transmission section sending code information simultaneously as it is together with picture information and a reception section receiving the sent picture information and code information and storing tentatively the received code information. CONSTITUTION:The transmission section (a) sends the digital code information together with the picture information while keeping the code state as it is. The reception section (b) receives the picture information and the code information sent from the transmission section (a) of other equipment and stores the received code information into a storage means (c). The said code information is information such as text information, vector graphic information, moving picture information, a program relating to the processing of each information or a program data used for the program. The program and the program data are used to process each information at the reception side. Thus, the transfer time is saved and the re-processing performance of the information is improved.
