PURPOSE:To smoothly open/close a bottom lid by constituting the titled cartridge so that the bottom lid is made move back and forth straight keeping horizontal posture by the rotation of a front lid for opening/closing via a guide means and mechanism, and opening/closing the lower surface of an aperture of pocket. CONSTITUTION:Out of the closed state of the front lid 9 and the bottom lid 12, when the front lid 9 rotates upward around a lateral axis 11 to open, the front end 18b of a groove 18 of an arm 19 moves a slider 21 backward, therefore, the bottom lid 12 moves straight to the rear along the guide groove 16 to an opening position D to separate a pocket 6 and the lower part of a tape 3. Inversely, when the front lid 9 is closed i.e. the lid 9 rotates to a position A, the bottom lid 12 moves to a closing position C to cause the pocket 6 and the lower part of the tape 3 to contact each other. Since the bottom lid 12, in such a way, moves the lower part of the tape 3 back and forth straight, the bottom lid 12 does not interfere with the tape 3 by bringing into contact with the tape 3. Also, following the rotation of the front lid 9, the bottom lid 12 smoothly moves back and forth straight under the guidance of the guide means 13, and furthermore, the mechanism 17 to move both lids 9, 12 associatively can be simply set up by combining the arm 19 and the lids 9, 12, and an arm 20.
