<p>PURPOSE:To always safely and surely operate a plant and to improve the degree of skill of an operator by evaluating the degree of skill of the operator by a computer and not outputting a uniform instruction but outputting the instruction corresponding to the degree of skill in response to a specific event. CONSTITUTION:In the case of operation of an incinerating plant 2, the state of the plant 2 is displayed on a CRT 14 through a computer 1, and the computer uses an inference mechanism, which evaluates the degree of skill of the operator, to execute a skill degree evaluation rule 16 if intervention of the operator is necessary. That is, the computer 1 leads out prescribed skill degree information 11 from a skill information file 10 based on the skill evaluation 9 and leads out instruction information 7 from an information file 8 in response to the skill of the operator, then displays then on the CRT 14. The operator evaluation value is corrected based on respective operations of the operator, and another operator is instructed if the evaluation values does not reach a required degree of skill, thereby always safely and surely operating the plant 2 and improving the degree of skill of the operator.</p> |
