PURPOSE:To detect the abnormality of a data signal line and to improve the reliability of a microprocessor by feeding back the output data in a data output state and collating internally the fed-back data with said output data. CONSTITUTION:In a data output state the data output drivers 100-115 are active and the internal data ID0-ID15 are sent outside via internal data signal lines 300-315 and the drivers 100-115. In this case, the data feedback receivers 600-615 are also active and the data passed through the drivers 100-115 are led into an internal logic 700 via receivers 600-615. The logic 700 collates the data ID0-ID15 with the data received via receivers 600-615. Then a data line abnormality detecting signal is outputted when no coincidence is obtained from said collation. |
