PURPOSE:To damp pulsation of high pressure fluid effectively by installing two or more sets of pipelines in a casing, putting the pipelines of different sets in mutual communication at the ends to constitute a damper unit, and installing this unit in a high pressure fluid pipeline. CONSTITUTION:In this power steering device, discharged oil from an oil pressure pump is supplied to an actuator for generation of steering help force via a high pressure side piping, and thereby steering is made by power. Here a pulsation damping unit 15 is installed at the high pressure side piping. This pulsation damping unit 15 is formed from a cylindrical drum 16 equipped at the ends with flow-in and flow-out side end-face members 17, 18.
