PURPOSE:To achieve high speed printing and enhance productivity and reliability, by providing the fulcrum brought into contact with the effective elastic part of a leaf spring, which drives an armature toward a printing medium by allowing a current to flow to an electromagnetic coil, to the base body of a printing head. CONSTITUTION:When a current is allowed to flow to each of coils 9 and the magnetic flux due to a permanent magnet 11 is cancelled by a core attracting surface 82, the core attracting surface 82 and a yoke upper surface 121 are set to reference planes and a plate is laminated thereon to be assembled and, therefore, positional accuracy is easy to take and productivity is enhanced. When attraction force F acts on the armature 1, reaction forces R1, R2 are respectively generated at the fulcrum and a fixed end. The reaction force R2 becomes the same direction as the attraction force F and the reaction force R1 of the fulcrum part becomes the sum of F and R2 in a static balanced state. This fulcrum reaction force R1 prevents the separation of a leaf spring from the fulcrum even when the attraction force F is extremely strong and impact force acts on the end of a wire in a printing manner and the armature can be stably operated at a high speed. |
