PURPOSE:To improve the signal transmission characteristic and the S/N by supplying an output signal of an input stage circuit to an integration circuit, amplifying and outputting the output signal of the integration circuit and feeding back negatively the output signal to the input-stage circuit. CONSTITUTION:The input stage circuit consists of a 1st stage amplifier transistor (TR)Q01, amplifier TRs 3, 4 and TRs 1, 2, 5 forming a bias voltage and the integration circuit consists of a capacitor C2 and a switch MOSFET Q02. Through the constitution above, an input signal Vin is fed to a gate of the TR Q01 of the input stage circuit, amplified via the amplification TRs 3, 4 and fed to one electrode of the capacitor C2 of the integration circuit from the collector of the amplification TR T4. A power voltage Vcc is supplied to the electrode via a resistor R11 and the MOSFET Q02. Moreover, a signal formed by the voltage drop of the resistor R11 is fed to the base of the TR T6. Then the output signal Vout is outputted from the emitter of the TR T6 and a signal at a connecting point between the resistors R12, R13 is fed back to the gate of the TR Q01 via a feedback resistor R14.
