摘要 PURPOSE:To miniaturize the title apparatus and to facilitate the mounting thereof on an object to be measured, in a diagnostic apparatus for measuring the amount of oxygen in the object to be measured such as an intracorporeal organ, by providing an optical member bending the incident route of an electromagnetic wave by a predeter mined angle to each of the mount jig on an irradiation side and that on a detection side. CONSTITUTION:Prism 5, 6 each having a cross-sectional shape almost equal to a quad rant are respectively provided in the mount jig 1 on an irradiation side and the mount jig 2 on a detection side so as to be mounted to the inner surfaces 3a, 4a of main bodies 3, 4 and subjected to surface reflecting treatment. Optical fiber 50-1-50-4 are vertically connected to the surface 5b of the prism 5 and an optical fiber 53 is verti cally connected to the surface 6b of the prism 6. When the amount of oxygen in the brain tissue of the head part of a patient is measured, the irradiation surface of the prism 5 is mounted to the head part at the predetermined position and the light receiving surface 6a of the prism 6 is mounted to the head part on the opposite side at the predetermined position thereof. The respective optical fibers are almost straightly extended from light sources and a transmitted light detection apparatus in this state to become a reasonable state and firmly mounted to the head part.
