PURPOSE:To prevent a position of a switching lever from shifting by making setting of an initial position easily regulated, by a method wherein a pivoting lever part transmitting a driving force of a control means which energizes undulations pivoting action and pivoting stop action to a cartridge is provided, and a detent means is provided to an eccentric bush mechanism which supports this pivoting lever part by pivoting. CONSTITUTION:A detent pin 31A is protruded from a switching lever 31 correspondingly to positioning grooves 40A formed at regular intervals on a peripheral end part of a collar part 402. A detent means 34 is composed of this detent pin 31A and the positioning groove 40A. An eccentric bush mechanism 40 has become eccentrically rotatable by loosening and lifting the screw 41. Therefore, before the whole operations are regulated, this eccentric bush mechanism 40 is lifted and the positioning groove 40A is changed for an optimum other groove, which is set to the detent pin 31A of the switching lever 31. Thereby, a position of a rising pressing part 33 of the switching lever 31 is changed little by little in a platen 1 direction. An initial position of an ink ribbon cartridge 2 can be very easily set thereby and can be altered.
