PURPOSE:To confirm that electric appliance such as lighting equipment, an iron, a heater are not still on at the time of going out by detecting the quantity of electricity (electric power and current) used in a house and generating a warning when the detected value decreases below a specific value. CONSTITUTION:An outing OK monitoring device 3 is connected to an electric conductor 1 connecting electric appliances in home through a current transformer 2. The rectifying and smoothing circuit 7 of this outing OK monitoring device rectifies and smoothes a current flowing through the transformer 2. Then a comparator 8 compares a current value set with a level switch 6 with the current value from the rectifying and smoothing circuit 7. Further, a comparator 8 supplies a specific current to a pilot lamp 5 and a flip-flop 9 when a current larger than the specific value of a level switch 6 flows. At this time, when an alarm switch 4 is pressed, an alarm part 3 generates a warning through the slip-flop 9. Thus, it is easily checked whether or not an electric appliance in a house is left on forgetfully without trouble.
