PURPOSE:To carry out horizontal control in high accuracy, by regulating an angle of a working machine from the earth depending upon a left and right inclination angle corrected by an expanding and contracting amount of a lift rod and a lift angle. CONSTITUTION:Horizontal control is carried out by adding a detected value of expansion and contraction amount of a lift rod 11 by a stroke sensor 14 corrected by a correcting means 35 based on a detected value of lift angle by a lift sensor 15 to a detected value of a left and right slant angle of a machine body detected by a horizontal sensor 12. Since the correcting means 35 provides an optimum corrected amount of expansion and contraction amount of the lift rod 11 depending upon the lift angle, horizontal control can be carried out in high accuracy. Each sensor output can be separately taken out without affecting each other.
