MAGNETIC RECORDING AND REPRODUCING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To prevent a picture from being disturbed even at the time of special reproduction by recording a video signal of one field in plural tracks and outputting signals from 1st and 2nd magnetic heads with a different azimuth angle via a storage means respectively. CONSTITUTION:An output signal of a reproducing head HB1 on a head actuator 21 is given to a reproduction amplifier 23 and a low pass filter 24 and a reproduced pilot signal is fed to a balanced modulator 25. A video signal is written in a storage means 36 or 37 via a high-pass filter 33, an A/D converter 34 and a switch 35. The video signal written in the storage means 36, 37 is outputted via the switch 35 and a D/A converter 39. The switching control of the switch 35, the read/write control of the storage means 36, 37 and the address designation are executed by a memory control section 38.
