PURPOSE:To obtain a seat excellent in shock absorbing capability by mounting a horizontal axis to the lower ends of plural supporting axes, which are provided vertically below the seat, and setting a rotor, which is retained freely in rotation in a retainer fixed to the car body and having a circular orbit, to both ends of the horizontal axis. CONSTITUTION:Two supporting axes 3a, 3b are provided vertically at the front and rear of a seat 2 and the front supporting axis 3a is inserted into a pipe 9, which is erected upward at the central part of a horizontal axis 4a whose both ends are provided with rotors capable of rotation, and supported elastically with a spring 10 contained in a pipe 9. While, the rear supporting axis 3b is bifurcated and inserted into pipes 9 which are erected upward at both ends of the horizontal axis 4b with rotor 5 fixed at the center and supported elastically with a spring 10 in the same manner. And each rotor 5 is retained freely in rotation in a retainer 7 which has a circular orbit 8 fixed on the floor 6 of the car body. Each rotor 5 is formed in bead-shape and rotated on the orbit 8 having V letter-shaped sectional view.
