PURPOSE:To take various countermeasures while making an emergency call with one button by assigning emergency telephone numbers '110', '119', etc., to three push buttons. CONSTITUTION:The emergency buttons 1 are a police call button A, a fire information button B, and an emergency rapid information button C. If an emergency case takes place, one of the buttons A, B, and C is pressed correspondingly and then a storage system dial transmitting device 2 operates to originates to the opposite side with the stored dial number. At the same time, a cassette tape 4 for transmission which is loaded in an associated cassette tape recorder 3 stops after the program searching of the tape which is already sound-recorded by purposes is made. When the called opposite side receives the call, the function of the recorder 3 operates again to send sound recording contents to the receiver. Consequently, the caller can fight the fire and carrying out household belongings in case of a fire during the informing operation.
