PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a transmission by using the inner peripheral surface of a race as an outer race surface of a bearing and using the outer peripheral surface thereof as an inner race surface of a clutch to reduce the radial dimension. CONSTITUTION:An outer race of a bearing 16 supporting an output shaft 14 is integral with an inner race 30 of a one-way clutch F1. The inner peripheral surface of the race 30 is used as an outer race surface of a bearing, and the outer peripheral surface thereof is used as an inner race surface of the one-way clutch F1. Accordingly, the radial dimension of the one-way clutch can be re duced to make a transmission small-sized.
