PURPOSE:To avoid double registration of the same document by reading the documents of the same producer and the same date of production out of those registered documents and displaying these readout documents. CONSTITUTION:The document producers are displayed in the prescribed number in the order of larger number of documents when a document register request command is inputted. An operator decides the presence or absence of the producer of the document to be registered out of those displayed producers to designate the producer if detected. While the operator supplies the desired document producer if he/she is not detected out of the displayed ones. Then the operator decides whether the data of production of the desired document is equal to the date of today or not. If so, this date of today is supplied as the date of production of the document. If not, the date of production is decided and supplied. Then the presence or absence is discriminated for such documents having the same producer and the same date of production. Then registration processing is carried out when the absence of said documents is confirmed. While the corresponding documents are all displayed when the presence of said documents is confirmed for check of the presence or absence of the same documents again. Then the registration processing is carried out when the absence of same documents is confirmed. |
