PURPOSE:To apply a small quantity of wax uniformly by providing sheathing resin after incorporating a resonating element in a frame made of wax, etc., and sandwiching it electrode bases with terminals, and forming cavities around the resonanace part by heating and baking. CONSTITUTION:A resonating element 1 is incorporated in a frame 2 made of wax or paraffin. This is sandwiched between bases 3 with terminals from both its sides and is integrally provided with a resin sheath. Then when the sheating resin 5 is heat and baked to set, the frame 2 melts or vapors, and is absorbed or vaporized in the sheating resin 5 having made porous, thus forming cavities between the resonating element 1 and sheathing resin 5. Further, the sheathing resin contracts by being baked, so adequate holding pressure is applied to the resonating element. |
