PURPOSE:To prevent a collision by an exact data, even if each moving machine becomes temporarily service interruption state such as an operation stop, etc., by storing in advance a position data immediately before a service interruption in a storage means at every moving machine, and executing an operation by an arithmetic part, based on this position data. CONSTITUTION:First of all, when moving machines 2, 3 are in an electric conduc tion state, the respective position data 9, 10 are transmitted to a collision preventing arithmetic unit 1, and sent as the present values 11, 12 to previous value storage parts 4, 5 and selecting and switching parts 6, 7. Subsequently, in an arithmetic part 8, danger of a collision of the machine 2 and 3 is decided from the position data 9 and 10, and if there is danger, collision signals 15, 16 are outputted to the machines 2, 3 so that the collision can be prevented. In this case, the position data 9, 10 stored in the storage parts 4, 5, and the present value data 11, 12 are brought to sampling in advance at an interval of about 0.5sec, and even if the machines 2, 3 or one of them has stopped, an immediately previous position is decided in the arithmetic part 8 and the collision is prevented exactly.
