PURPOSE:To load the parts on the specified locations of a substrate by positioning with a high accuracy by providing any one of a plural number of stoppers so as to connect and separate freely to the stopping section of the disc member fixed to one end of the spindle rotating the loading head. CONSTITUTION:A driving means 81 rotating the spindle is coupled with one end of the spindle rotating the loading head to load the parts A on a substrate B. The disc member 87 is fixed to the other end of the spindle, and the stopping section 89 is protruded and formed in the range of the specified angle to one side of the means 81 of the member 87. A plural number of stoppers 91, 92, 93 locating and controlling the rotating angles of the spindle are provided on the position opposite to one side of the member 87 so as to connect and separate freely to and from the stopping section 89. Then, the spindle is controlled for location at the rotating angles such as 0 deg., 90 deg., 180 deg. and 270 deg.. Accordingly, the parts A are loaded to the specified locations by positioning with a high accuracy.
