A moulding compsn. consists of (a) 38-90 wt.% of a direct or graft acid copolymer having 0-90% of carboxylic acid gps. ionized by neutralization with metal ions, (b) 5-60 wt.% o a linear polymer of a compd. of formular R-CH=CH2 [R=H or C1-8 alkyl , and (c) 2-50 wt.% of at least one reinforcing fiber selected from glass fiber, mineral fiber and high modulus organic fiber. The compsn. has a high heat- distortion temp. and excellent Izod impact values.
