PURPOSE:To shorten the loading time of data by stacking the input data and the index data and then storing these data concentrically into an external memory means when the stack is filled. CONSTITUTION:The input record supplied from a data input means 1a is stored in a stack area 2b of an internal memory element via a data stack means 1b. At the same time, an index data stack means 1c extract the key data out of a field where an input record index should be produced and stores them in the index stack areas 2c, 2d and 2e. These stack processes are repeated until the stack area of a data part is filled. When the stack is filled, the input of data is stopped temporarily and data are written into the area 2b via a data storing means 1d. Then the index data are written into areas 2c-2e via an index data storing means 1e.
