发明名称 ANISOTROPIC VARIABLE MAGNETIC MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the magnetic material, the direction of easy magnetization of which can be changed to the direction of film surface and the direction vertical to the film surface by a method wherein the thin film of a ferromagnetic material, having the direction of easy magnetization in the direction of film surface, and a thin film of superconductive material are laminated alternately. CONSTITUTION:A superconductive YBa2Cu3Ox thin film 1 and a CoCr thin film 2, having the direction of easy magnetization in the direction vertical to the film surface, are laminated in the thickness of 1 mum for each film. The temperature characteristics of this material is as shown in the diagram (b). To be more precise, when temperature goes down from the room temperature, Hk gradually increases in the state of a positive value in the neighborhood of the superconductive critical temperature of -170 deg.C. Accordingly, the direction of easy magnetization is in the direction vertical to the film surface in the above-mentioned temperature range. When the temperature drops further exceeding -170 deg.C, the Hk is reduced suddenly, and it becomes a negative value passing zero. Therefore, the direction of easy magnetization is brought in the direction of film surface in the above-mentioned temperature range.
