PURPOSE:To make a constant torque transferable surely and accurately by transferring the rotational torque of a driving side ring to a driven side ring via a magnetic force. CONSTITUTION:The permanent magnet 24 of a driving side ring 22 juxtaposed in the same direction with a given space circumferentially and the permanent magnet 29 of a driven side ring 28 juxtaposed in the same direction with a given space circumferentially are provided so that poles of said permanent magnets 24, 29 are opposed to each other radially inward and outward and their phases shift from each other circumferentially. Torque is transferred by a repulsive or attractive force between the permanent magnets 24 and 29 of the driving side ring 22 and the driven side ring 28, respectively.
