PURPOSE:To easily assemble and to improve productivity by providing a yoke and a voice coil on a storing case. CONSTITUTION:The yoke 3 is elastically supported in the storing case 1 having one side face opened by a damper 4, the voice coil 17 is disposed at a position opposite to the yoke 3 in the storing case 1 and nothing is disposed on a cover body 24 for closing the opening surface of the storing case 1. Accordingly, the yoke 3 and the voice coil 17 may be assembled with good accuracy only to the storing case 1 and the assembling accuracy of the storing case 1 and the cover body 24 is hardly required. Thereby, the assembling can be easily and efficiently executed.
