PURPOSE:To enhance the stability of a heat-sensitive recording painting materials by emulsion-dispersing a wax with a dispersing agent consisting of a higher fatty acid having 8-24C and a surfactant obtained from an addition of alkyleneoxide to a particular amide compound. CONSTITUTION:An emulsifying agent is prepared by mixing a higher fatty acid having 8-24C and a surfactant obtained from an addition of alkyleneoxide having 2-4C to an amide compound which results from dehydration condensation of ammonia, amine and polyamide, as shown in the formula 1 (wherein R is H or alkyl group having 1-3C, n is an integer of 1-3 and m is an integer of from 0-9). A wax emulsion is prepared by causing emulsion dispersion in a mixture consisting of the aforesaid emulsifying agent and the wax in the ratio of 0.1-100pts.wt. of the emulsifying agent to 100pts.wt. of the wax. The addition of this wax emulsion to a heat-sensitive recording painting material in an amount of 1-50wt.% of the painting layer is preferable. |
