PURPOSE:To simultaneously change the announce sound of announce devices in respective subscriber exchanges by distributing announce sound from an announce sound source device equipped in a centralized side exchange to the announce devices equipped in the subscriber line exchanges. CONSTITUTION:The announce sound source device 50 is provided with the sound sources 51(1)-51(n) of plural announce sounds which are used in respective exchanges in common, and the announce devices 60(1)-60(K) are provided with storage devices 61(1)-60(K) which store the announce sounds so that they can be rewritten. For rewriting the announce sounds of the announce devices 60(1)-60(K) in respective subscriber line exchanges, the announce sounds are transmitted from the announce sound source device 50 in the centralized side exchange 5 to respective announce devices 61(1)-60(K) through communication lines 7(1)-7(K), and the contents of the storage devices 61(1)-61(K) in respective announce devices are rewritten. For changing the control of the round sources in the announce devices equipped in respective subscriber lin exchanges, all can simultaneously be changed from the centralized side exchange.
