发明名称 PHOTODETECTION PART FOR COLOR PYROMETER
摘要 PURPOSE:To measure the temperature of molten steel at low cost by directing the light incidence surface atop an optical fiber to a photoconductor column body while a photodetection rod is inserted into 1st and 2nd cylinder bodies in a superposed state. CONSTITUTION:A 1st disk 5 which has a small hole 3 and a 2nd disk 6 which has a small hole 4 are arranged at the tip part of a short paper cylinder 2. A photodetection part consists of the 1st cylinder body 1 provided at the rear end part of the paper cylinder 2, the 2nd cylinder body 25 made of a paper cylinder to be inserted into the tip of the cylinder body 1, and the photodetection rod 10 to be inserted into the cylinder body 25. The optical fiber 16 is inserted into the photodetection rod 10 from the rear end of the cylinder 11 and the light incidence surface 17 atop the fiber 16 faces the photoconductor column body 7 across the small hole 4 of the disk 6 while the cylinders 1 and 25 are mounted. Then when the temperature of molten metal like the molten steel 26 is measured, the cylinder body 25 which is inserted into the tip of the cylinder body 1 is mounted on the photodetection rod 10 and while inert gas is blown in from an air vent 19, the tip of the cylinder body 1 is thrust to the molten steel 26; and then a light beam emitted by the molten steel 26 is incident on the incidence surface 17 and guided to the photoelectric converting element 22 of a color pyrometer 21 to measure the temperature.
