摘要

PURPOSE:To improve the mobility of carriers in an electric charge transfer layer by using a specific compd. to form the charge transfer layer which forms a photosensitive body together with a photoconductive layer. CONSTITUTION:The charge transfer layer forming the electrophotographic sensitive body together with the photoconductive layer which generates the carriers according to the photoexcitation from a free surface is formed of the compd. contg. an imide ring such as low-polymer compd. like succinimide or high-polymer compd. like polyimide. Then, the mobility of the carriers in the charge transfer layer is enhanced and the high-sensitivity electrophotographic sensitive body having low residual potential is obtd.
