PURPOSE:To transfer data at high speed by writing the prescribed data, received as being made into a frame, in the plural frames, directly in a system memory as the series of the data, without passing through a local memory. CONSTITUTION:Station devices O, provided with communication control units 3 provided with local processors 11 to control a communication, the local memories 12, 13 and transmission control circuit, and other high-order control units, and the system memories 2 and system buses 4, which these respective control units use in common, transfer the data making it into the frame, between themselves. Here, it is constituted so that the prescribed data, received being made into the frame, in the plural frames can be written directly in the system memory 2 as the series of the data, without passing through the local memories 12, 13. Thus, the system which is high-speed and further, low-cost and abounds in a flexibility can be obtained.
