PURPOSE:To enable the highly reliable mutual connection of wiring without installing a cross-over part, by providing an input terminal region with signal input terminals and dummy terminals, each of which exists independently. CONSTITUTION:In an input terminal region A, a signal input terminal group 2a-2e and a dummy electrode group 3a-3d are arranged. The latter is composed of independently existing electrodes which are not connected to any parts. The above-mentioned terminals and signal output terminals are provided with protruding electrodes of Au or solder. In the case where a plurality of semiconductor elements for driving liquid crystal are used to operate a liquid crystal panel, it is necessary to deliver a power source and input signal A-E such as control signals to the semiconductor element 4 and 5, respectively. When the semiconductor element having the dummy terminals 3a-3d is used, the wire connection between the input signal terminals 2a-2c of the semiconductor element 4 and 5 can be realized without crossing them mutually. Thereby, a simple and high reliable mutual connection of wiring is enabled, without installing a cross-over part by a multilayer interconnection and the like. |
