PURPOSE:To eliminate a transient state at an amplitude converting point of a signal and to convert the signal to a signal of a prescribed amplitude by constituting the titled adjusting device of a means demultiplexing a time division reception signal, a means detecting and integrating the demultiplexed signal and a means controlling the voltage gain by a signal for gain adjustment generated for each multiplexed signal. CONSTITUTION:With a signal TA subject to time division processing into two different amplitudes at an input terminal 3, a time division control signal TB drives and control a demultiplex circuit 8 and an integration circuit 7. The circuit 8 demultiplexes the received signal TA into outputs TA2, TA3. The signals are detected by a detection circuit 6, from which outputs TA3, TA4 are obtained. They are integrated respectively by the integration circuit 7 of the next stage, both the outputs TA3, TA4 are multiplexed into the original time division reception signal by using the signal TB, the gain of a voltage controlled amplifier circuit 5 is controlled at each timing to obtain an output TA6 whose amplitude is constant. Thus, the signal is converted into a constant amplitude signal without transient state at converting points with different amplitudes.
