PURPOSE:To deflect a flow in a wide-angle width automatically and manually by providing a flow deflecting device with a blade, a guide wall to which a flow is forced to adhere, temperature detecting means for automatically deflect the direction of a flow and changeover means for manually deflecting the flow. CONSTITUTION:A flow deflecting device comprises nozzle forming members 5, 6, guide walls 10, 11 and a blade 8 rotatably mounted on a shaft 9, wherein the blade 8 is automatically turned by movement of a temperature-sensitive cylinder 22 according to an increase in temperature, and manually turned by changeover means. In this arrangement, deflection of a flow in a wide-angle width can be achieved by multiplication of deflection of a flow caused by the blade and deflection due to Coanda effect produced on downstream side, and selectively automatic turning according to a temperature or manual turning regardless of a temperature is controlled. |
