PURPOSE:To prevent nonuniformity of image density and generation of adhesion failure by disposing a back layer contg. a hydrophilic colloid to the other side of a base provided with a dye fixed layer on one side and incorporating specific particles into the back layer. CONSTITUTION:At least one dye fixed layer contg. a mordant is provided on one side of the base and at least one back layer incorporated therein with the hydrophilic colloid is disposed on the opposite side. Matting agent particles having a grain size in excess of 10mum are incorporated in this back layer. The uneven colors of dye images and the adhesion of the dye image elements to each are prevented even after preservation of the dye fixing elements in superposition on each other by using the matting agent particles having such large grain size. An increase in the rough texture and haze of the back surface is obviated and smooth paper feeding is executed. A decrease in the content of a base or base precursor, etc., at the time of preservation is prevented and the sufficient image density is obtd.; in addition, the nonuniformity of the density at the time of transfer is prevented.
