PURPOSE:To improve the stability of connection welding between the bobbin terminal of a reed switch and a lead frame terminal by forming the connecting surface of the terminal weld portion at the lead frame side to the surface where burrs are generated in a plastic process, with the periphery of the connecting surface to the connection surface. CONSTITUTION:Since a lead frame 5 is formed by a press processing in a plastic process, a dull surface 6-1 and a burr surface 6-2 may be produced, and a means is provided to make the connecting surface of a lead frame terminal 6 to be the burr surface 6-2 before a bobbin terminal 4 is connected. For example, the burr surface 6-2 can be found by a hand touch or by the visual observation of the side surface easily, but when the portion of the lead frame terminal 6 side is changed in the relation of the whole position of the lead frame 5, and the burr surface 6-2 cannot be contacted to the lower surface 4-1 of the bobbin terminal 4, the connection welding between the lead frame terminal 6 and the bobbin terminal 4 is arranged by using the burr surface 6-2 in the phase of the planning or the design preliminarily. In such a way, a stabilized welding surface is obtained and the yield rate is improved by reducing a poor welding.
