PURPOSE:To guarantee the uniform quality without causing crack or inequality of bonding strength at the manufacture by making a magnetic core part and a slider part by the same material. CONSTITUTION:A read/write gap 16 is formed between a slider and read/write core 11 and a center core 13 to apply read/write with respect to the recording track on a floppy disk. Moreover, a couple of erasure gaps 17 are formed between an erasure core 12 and a center core 13, erasure action to both sides of the recording track on the floppy disk is executed to form a guard band. In this case, the slider and read/write core 11, a slider and erasure core 12, the center core 13 and the slider 14 are made of the ferrite of the same magnetic material. Thus, the bonding part between the magnetic core and the slider does not exist and a media-ware to the sliding floppy disk is made excellent.
