PURPOSE:To enhance manufacturing capacity by simplifying a system, by respectively arranging flow rate controllers to a plurality of supply containers and providing a weighing apparatus on the side of a receiving container and making the receiving container movable. CONSTITUTION:An order transferring a receiving container 4 to the position of a predetermined chemical agent is emitted to an unmanned feed vehicle 10 from a manufacturing control apparatus. A weighing apparatus 5 changes over the output circuit of a closing valve 3 through a change-over apparatus. When a weighing start order is issued under this state, the weighing apparatus 5 starts weighing according to predetermined algorithm and makes a flow speed variable while alters the speed of a flow rate controller 2 and a wide range of weighing is performed within a short time with high accuracy by a weighing control apparatus of a closed loop. The operation of the above- mentioned content is carried out according to kind content and, when the weighing of all of chemical agents such as a desired liquid and a powder is finished, they are transferred to a preparation tank 9. |
